Welcome to the Official Website of Randy Stageberg. Randy is currently a freshman at the University of Florida. She is a former senior international elite gymnast who trained at Excalibur Gymnastics under Jim and Dena Walker. Randy was an elite from 2003 to 2009. She placed fifth in the all around at 2003 US Challenge in the junior national division. In 2004 she qualified, once again, to pre-elite and won on her best event, floor exercise at American Challenge. At Randy's second US Challenge, she placed second all-around and first on floor exercise.
Randy's first year as a junior international elite was in 2005 where she qualified to her first US National Championships. That competition was Randy's break out competition. She impressed the gymnastic fans with her expressive personality on floor exercise. Randy placed fifteenth all-around and made her first National Team.
2006 was Randy's first year as a senior international elite. She received her first international assignment at the ranch. Randy won a silver medal on vault and helped the USA Team to win the competition over Japan and New Zealand. She qualified for a spot on the national team for the second year in row and became 2006 US National Co-Champion on floor exercise. In the first part of 2007, Randy was assigned to her second international assignment, Gymnix International. Randy brought home 5 medals including a bronze in the AA and silver in the team competition
After a rough meet at the US Nationals in 2007, Randy came back with a vengeance in 2008. She opened the year by placing third all-around at the Gymnix International where she also won a bronze medal on beam and a gold medal on floor. She won floor at the US Classic. At the US National Championships, she qualified for the US National Team and the Olympic Trials! A shoulder injury kept her out of the 2009 season.
